The Surgeons’ Chambers has been formed by three Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeons – Laurence Newman, Ken Lavery & Peter Banks. Collectively they have accumulated over 50 years of
medico-legal experience. They are happy to accept instructions in cases of personal injury &
clinical negligence.

They have received extensive training in medico-legal matters. Mr. Newman & Mr. Lavery have each qualified as LLM in Medical Law. Each of them is well versed in the preparation of quality reports and has experience of attending meeting with Counsel & appearing in Court.

Fees are charged on an hourly rate. Clients can be seen for examination if appropriate in either central London, Kent or Sussex. Appointments for examination are generally available within two weeks of instruction & the reports themselves are generally sent out no more than two weeks later.
